We offer free insured shipping on all domestic orders over $500. International shipping is available via DHL or FedEx, with delivery times typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination.
What kind of warranty comes with my watch purchase?
All new watches come with a minimum two-year international manufacturer's warranty. We also provide a one-year Vincent Watch limited warranty on all pre-owned luxury timepieces to ensure your peace of mind.
Can I return my watch if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange, provided the watch is in its original, unworn condition with all protective films, tags, and documentation intact.
Do you offer watch resizing services?
Absolutely. If you provide your wrist measurement in the order notes, we will professionally resize your metal bracelet free of charge before shipping. We will include all removed links in the parcel.
